George S. Reyna, M.D.

Dr. George Reyna is a native of San Antonio who graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School. In 1992 he returned to begin his practice in Ophthalmology. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and is Board Certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. Dr. Reyna is specializes in Comprehensive Ophthalmology and sees adults for both routine and serious eye problems. He has been involved in ophthalmic research, including the study of new medications for glaucoma, and has authored several articles published in scientific journals.

Dr. Reyna received his Bachelor's Degree from Stanford University and his Medical Degree from the Stanford University School of Medicine in 1988. Following his M.D. Degree, he completed his training in Ophthalmology at the Cullen Eye Institute, Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. He has been listed in Best Doctors in San Antonio, Texas Super Docs, and Best Doctors in America.

Dr. Reyna is active in the community and for many years he was heard on the radio show Ask the Doctor. He and his wife Lisa are kept busy raising two amazing children, a daughter in college, and a son in high school. Together they share their house with a barnyard of animals in the Hill Country.
