Lance Velvin, OD

Dr. Lance Velvin is a Texas-licensed Optometrist and Therapeutic Glaucoma Specialist dedicated to providing comprehensive eye care with a special interest in primary care optometry, dry eye disease, contact lenses, and ocular disease management. Originally from the Houston area, Dr. Velvin earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Accounting from the University of Houston before completing his Doctor of Optometry degree at the University of the Incarnate Word Rosenberg School of Optometry.

Dr. Velvin currently practices in San Antonio, Texas, where he is committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate eye care while building lasting relationships with his patients and community. He is passionate about helping individuals preserve their vision and ocular health through education, early detection, and personalized treatment plans. As he continues to grow in his profession, Dr. Velvin remains dedicated to lifelong learning and advancing the standard of care for every patient he serves.
